Sanitizing solution is non-irritating to the hands, non-corrosive to metals, non-staining and odorless.

Visible - It turns the water blue

Tablets dissolve in water producing a distinct, clear, pale blue sanitizing solution which tells the operators and inspectors immediately the sanitizer is in the final rinse sink.

Larger tablet size allows for less product needed to create the proper concentration, making the cost only pennies per gallon. Long lasting and usually remains effective all day when following proper instructions.

How to use Quat-tabs
and Steramine

Immerse - Use as a 3rd sink sanitizing rinse for glassware, dishes and utensils.

Circulate - Use in sanitizing food & beverage dispensing machines.

Spray - Use for spray sanitizing. Food processing equipment, sinks, counter tops, cutting boards and all other non-porous articles and surfaces. May also be applied w/clean cloth or sponge.

Public Health Regulations. Require that all inanimate food contact surfaces be properly cleaned and sanitized to protect the public health from exposure to the hazards of disease transmitted through the cross contamination of surfaces soiled with infections microorganisms.

The soiling of food contact surfaces with germs takes place in the normal course of preparing, handling, and consuming food.

Any surface that comes in contact with uncooked meat, poultry or fish may become contaminated with bacteria such as E. coli. EPA recognizes surfaces and articles, such as glasses, dishes, and utensils, become soiled with infectious microorganisms and are associated with the potential for transmission of disease.
